Shipping

Orders placed on the website are filled within 5 days of placement depending on the availability of the product purchased.

For custom requests and monogramming please call or email us to discuss your needs and time frame. We will be happy to assist you.

We currently do not ship internationally.

We ship Monday through Friday from New York City. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

You will receive an email order confirmation within 72 hours confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. Upon shipping you will receive an additional email with tracking information.

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150.00.

Should you choose expedited shipping options you will incur additional charges. These will be calculated at checkout.

JCB will not be responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Please note there can be shipping delays that are beyond our control.

Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for exchange or website credit. Website credit will be issued as a Free Gift Card to the customer for use on the site.

Custom orders, monogramming, vintage items and books are FINAL SALE and not returnable.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with return authorization enclosed.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Please email or call us for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
